Beatriz, Senior Consultant, holds a Degree in Psychology and a Post-Graduate in Human Resource Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (Brazil). Currently, she is studying a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management at Lisbon School of Economics & Management (Portugal).
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Beatriz has 17 years of experience in Human Resources, working in Brazilian and multinational companies, with a balance of generalist and specialist competences. As a specialist, experience in Recruitment & Selection, Learning and Organizational Development. As a generalist, Beatriz acted as an HR Business Partner. She worked in the sectors of Oil, Energy, Communication and Telecommunications. Beatriz started her career at Shell Brasil and, after performing specialist experiences at Varig and TV Globo, she assumed a leadership position at General Electric in 2006. She returned to Globo Companies Group, integrating Corporate HR with the responsibility of aligning Human Resources practices in the Group´s companies. In the period from 2012 to 2016, her career was dedicated to the telecommunications market in the América Móvil Brasil Group (AMX), which encompasses the companies Embratel, Claro and NET, including the moment of integration of the three companies. At AMX, she also assumes the area of Diversity & Inclusion.
